Working closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing and the Managing Director, you will be working on a wide range of projects and partnerships focussing on customer success. Responsible for managing and nurturing the existing client base. You will be building long-term relationships with our clients with the goal of keeping existing clients or accounts secure with James McKenzie and servicing their day to day requirements. You may be able to support with finding new business, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Tasks may involve project management, strategic planning, logistics and marketing.
Directly responsible for managing a portfolio of business accounts.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Makes sure clients receive requested marketing materials, products and services
Builds new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
Deals directly with key Client stakeholders (i.e. HR Managers)
Feeds back all suggestions for improvement and market research.
BA/BS Degrees in Business, Marketing, or any other related fields
Experience of managing a diverse client portfolio
Account Management experience
Experience in a commercial environment
Confident in face-to-face meetings with clients
Highly professional, commercially minded
Excellent interpersonal & organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Negotiation skills
Adaptability
Ability to lead and motivate a small team would be an advantage
London or East Grinstead based
Salary depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
