Will Writing Consultant

Your week will consist of 3-4 days of face to face client meetings. These meetings are mainly conducted on site at the clients’ offices, some home visits, with 2 – 3 regional trips per quarter. Roadshows and benefit fairs are also attended at key times during the year. Meetings are booked and organised by our central reservation team. 1-2 days per week from home for client information, drafting documents etc. Training and meeting days are hosted at our HQ in East Grinstead.

Will Drafter

Responsible for drafting and revising Will sand nurturing the existing James McKenzie client base – being the first point of contact for answering technical queries from our clients as well as staff. You will be provided with regular training sessions to discuss various case studies, legislation changes and areas of Wills.

Account Manager

Working closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing and the Managing Director, you will be working on a wide range of projects and partnerships focussing on customer success. Responsible for managing and nurturing the existing client base. You will be building long-term relationships with our clients with the goal of keeping existing clients or accounts secure with James McKenzie and servicing their day to day requirements. You may be able to support with finding new business, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Tasks may involve project management, strategic planning, logistics and marketing.

Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the James McKenzie office. Supports managers, team leaders as well as individual employees through a variety of tasks related to our organisation and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality service and in a timely manner.

Meetings Coordinator

James McKenzie Wills Ltd are looking to strengthen the Central Reservation department with the appointment of a Meetings Coordinator. Working closely with the Team Leader and the rest of the team, the newly appointed Coordinator will be directly responsible for booking client meetings in Consultants’ diaries – being the first point of contact for answering booking queries and requests from our clients as well as staff.
